Age-Friendly Berkeley Action Plan
The Age-Friendly Berkeley Action Plan is a three-year action plan to improve the experience of older adults in our community, with four focus areas: housing and economic security, transportation and mobility, health and wellness, and social participation and civic engagement.

The Gateway Program

The Gateway Program of the Berkeley Age Friendly Continuum was designed to support elders taking charge of their aging experience. The prevention/early intervention effort uses a home-visiting format to support Berkeley residents to achieve their aging objectives which include taking steps to reduce illness, injury, loss of independence, and medical costs.

As of 2021 The Gateway Program moved to Rebuilding Together East Bay North.
The Berkeley Age Friendly Continuum is a project of Ashby Village.
